Job Duties:

• Drywall repairs & patching
• Interior painting & touch-ups
• Basic plumbing (toilets, faucets, leaks)
• Light electrical (fixtures, outlets, smoke detectors)
• Door/lock repairs & installations
• General make-ready & punch-list work between tenants

Requirements:

• Must have own tools & reliable transportation
• Experience with rental property maintenance preferred
• Able to respond to work orders in a timely manner
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
